In a historic move, the Arsenal training ground has been rebranded as the Sobha Realty Training Centre, following a pioneering agreement with the Dubai-based real estate developer, marking the first instance of a training ground naming rights partnership. This transformative collaboration extends to a long-term vision, with Sobha Realty assuming the role of Principal Partner of Arsenal and the official training kit sleeve partner for both the men's and women's teams.

The partnership is designed to harness Sobha Realty's exceptional proficiency in property development to identify and maximize development prospects at the club's training ground, aligning with Arsenal's commitment to cultivating excellence and providing an optimal environment for all players, coaches, and staff.

Juliet Slot, Arsenal's Chief Commercial Officer, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing the dynamic nature and ambitious vision of Sobha Realty. She highlighted the mutual benefits that such alliances bring, serving as a catalyst for the advancement of the objectives of both entities.

Eduardo Cesar Daud Gaspar, Arsenal's Sporting Director, underscored the significance of the agreement in shaping a conducive environment for the club's stakeholders. He emphasized the multifaceted role of the training center, not only as a place for rigorous training but also as a hub for collaboration, learning, and relaxation.

The partnership, which originated in September 2023, saw Sobha Realty secure naming rights to The WM Club, now known as 'The WM Club, Presented by Sobha.' Since then, Sobha Realty branding has been prominently featured at Emirates Stadium and Meadow Park during men's and women's home fixtures.

Ravi Menon, Co-chairman of Sobha Realty, articulated the company's commitment to forging partnerships that transcend conventional boundaries, aiming to leave a lasting legacy and make a meaningful impact beyond mere sponsorship.

Francis Alfred, Managing Director of Sobha Realty, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the agreement as a testament to their dedication to excellence in both real estate and sports, charting new avenues for development for both Sobha Realty and Arsenal.

In summary, the collaboration between Sobha Realty and Arsenal represents a significant stride in bridging the realms of real estate and sports, with a shared commitment to excellence and innovation.
