ABOUT OUR
CHAIRMAN & FOUNDER, Mr. PNC MENON

Mr. PNC Menon, Founder Chairman of Sobha Group, began his entrepreneurial journey in 1976 with an interior decoration firm serving the Middle East. Despite humble beginnings, his passion for quality and craftsmanship led to market leadership within a decade, handling prestigious projects for Middle Eastern rulers. Notably, he contributed to the Grand Mosque in Muscat. In 1995, he and his family were granted Omani citizenship, cementing his strong connection with the Gulf.

In 1994, Mr. Menon founded Sobha Limited in India, witnessing substantial growth, including a successful IPO in 2006. Expanding internationally, he established PNC Investments in 2011 to introduce the "Sobha" brand to the UAE. Under his leadership, Sobha has evolved into a multinational real estate development and construction group, with a focus on luxury residential development in Dubai and plans for global expansion.
