  • Successfully plan and roll-out strategic 360-degree social media marketing using agency to ensure all accounts are managed appropriately, serving company’s strategic marketing objectives and expand its global outreach in select key markets.
  • Successfully plan and roll-out strategic digital and programmatic PR using agency to ensure brands get maximum exposure in select markets using integrated approach.

Concurrent audit is a systematic and timely examination of financial transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy, authenticity and compliance with procedures and guidelines. The emphasis under concurrent audit is not on test checking but on substantial checking of transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify vendor payments with a 3-way match approach of PO-GR-IR (Purchase order – Goods/Services receipt note- Tax Invoice receipt), vendor bank account details and vendor reconciliation statement.
  • To ensure whether the transaction is posted appropriately and conducted on regular review of supplier/contractors’ ledgers and expenses.
  • Review petty cash and reimbursement claims as per the policy.
  • Verify customer-related documents as per the audit program with the KYC documentation. 
  • Review the accuracy and completeness of broker related payments and sales incentive calculations.
  • Identify loopholes in the process or system if any which is observed during the review of the documents.
  • Discuss deficiencies and recommend corrective action to improve operations and reduce costs. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation and reports.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to internal auditing.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in commerce/accounts & finance, Part qualified CA, ACCA, CIA.  
  • At least 3 years of experience in auditing or accounting, but auditing concept should be clear.

The Planning Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, identify potential risks, and implement effective project control mechanisms.

Responsibilities:
  • Development & Implementation of efficient Planning Functions, such as Work Break down Structure, Master schedule review, Manpower Histograms & Cost loading, Progress Measurement System, and coordination.
  • Schedule/Progress Reviews and provides recommendation for approval and/or comments on the contractor's schedule submissions, relying on relevant contract terms & conditions.
  • Review of Time Extension Claims, Forensic analysis of schedules, Risk analysis and Continuous improvement strategies.
  • Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
  • Reviews contractor's schedule/progress updates, and weekly and monthly progress reports, and validates accuracy of progress data in coordination with the site team.
  • Records any deviations and/or deficiencies in the progress of works, and drafts notification letters to contractors highlighting the areas of concern in terms of factors affecting the schedule/progress of the works.
  • Leads the development of weekly & monthly progress reports and progress presentations, taking the lead for all schedule/progress related data, and coordinating with the project team to collate other inputs (quality, safety, commercial, etc.).
  • Coordinate with site engineers and inspectors who shall verify the contents of the Daily Progress Reports.
  • Generate tabular and graphic reports for baseline targets and actual earned values and forecasting.
  • Pursue the implementation of technological advancements and digital innovations in the field of planning, monitoring and record keeping.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction Management or related field.
